What you are buying
The AI Agent Readiness Diagnostic is a fixed-fee advisory engagement delivered by Self-Driving Strategy, the home service practice of SC Strategy Consulting, and led by Chintan Dhanji. The fee is $899 USD, paid upfront. The engagement begins with a free 15-minute introductory call; payment arrangements are confirmed directly before the working session.
- A short information request to prepare for the session.
- A 45-minute working session with Chintan.
- Three agreed customer scenarios across ChatGPT and Google, plus a review of the inquiry or booking handoff.
- A written assessment of discovery, comparison, booking and margin, ranked alongside the operating opportunities the same evidence reveals (estimate follow-up, maintenance renewals, pricing and job mix, capacity): a business case for the strongest candidate and a practical 90-day sequence.
- A 30-minute follow-up after you have read the assessment.
The written assessment is delivered within 5 business days of the working session. It distinguishes findings supported by your information from assumptions that need validation. Missing information may result in a measurement plan and conditional estimates.
Platform selection and scenarios are agreed before the session. Results are a dated snapshot, not a guaranteed recommendation or ranking. Live calls, form submissions, reservations and negotiation tests require an agreed test plan. Otherwise we review available steps and walk through handoffs with your team, marking untested steps explicitly.
Your money-back guarantee
You have 3 months from the day you receive your report. If you don’t feel you got value, for any reason, email us and we will refund the full $899 USD. No proof required, no forms, no questions.
The window begins when the report is emailed to you. Request a refund by emailing bookings@selfdrivingstrategy.ai. Refunds are issued within 7 days of your request to the original payment method.
Implementation and the $899 USD credit
Implementation is optional and priced separately. Before work begins, a separate agreement identifies the deliverer, scope, responsibilities, fee, third-party costs, support and success measures. There is no obligation to proceed.
If you engage us for implementation after the diagnostic, the full $899 USD fee is credited against the implementation fee. Applying the credit closes the diagnostic refund window. Implementation is governed by its own agreement. The diagnostic fee cannot be both refunded and applied as a credit.
Scope and estimates
The diagnostic provides business recommendations. It does not include deploying software, ongoing support or third-party subscriptions. It does not guarantee a particular financial outcome or amount of time saved. Benefits and costs are estimates until tested in your business.
Recommendations are business advisory in nature, not legal, tax or regulated financial advice. Final operating decisions remain with you and your responsible staff.
Confidentiality and your business information
Nonpublic business information you provide is treated as confidential and used to deliver the agreed engagement. We agree on the information needed and any proposed processing through third-party AI tools before you share sensitive records. Any use of your engagement in published examples requires your permission, including anonymized examples.
Website privacy
This website does not include advertising trackers, a contact form or a payment checkout. Email links open your email application; information you send is used to respond to your inquiry and arrange services. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
Links to LinkedIn and any separately agreed scheduling or payment service are governed by those providers’ terms and privacy practices. Questions about your information can be sent to bookings@selfdrivingstrategy.ai.
Before the engagement begins
We confirm the contracting and payment details directly before payment. Any additional engagement terms will be provided for agreement at that point. These published scope, refund and credit commitments remain part of the offer.
